What personal data do we process?

We process personal data necessary for the performance of our business activity and related activities, in particular the fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations, monitoring legitimate interests in connection with sending marketing messages if you are already our customer. If you are not our customer, we will send you marketing messages if you give us your separate consent. The provision of personal data is in some cases (except for consents to the processing of personal data) a legal or contractual requirement. You give your consent to the processing of personal data voluntarily.

We process the mentioned personal data on the basis of your consent, which you express by checking a separate box located just below the web form, and which is the legal basis for the processing of personal data according to § 13 par. 1 letter a) of the Act. The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill your requests.

Invoicing data and data for concluding contracts:

If you are a business partner or employees of a business partner (e.g. customers, suppliers, service providers and others) of our company, the purpose of processing your personal data is routine registration in our internal systems and the use of basic contact data and your job function for the needs of communication and solving work matters and fulfilling the obligations arising from existing contractual relationships and legal obligations, or the performance of activities related to pre-contractual relationships. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the fulfillment of contractual obligations according to § 13 par. 1 letter b) of the Act or the fulfillment of legal obligations according to § 13 par. 1 letter c) of the Act. Marketing:

If you are already our customer to whom we have already provided services and sold goods, based on legitimate interest, we are entitled to send you marketing messages regarding our own products and services (this is so-called direct marketing). The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest according to § 13 par. 1 letter f) of the Act.

Security of personal data:

In order for your personal data to be protected with us, we have taken appropriate technical, security and organizational measures in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the applicable legislation. All your personal data in electronic form are stored on secure data servers.

How long we keep your personal data

In the case of granting consent for the purpose of processing your requests, which you send to us via the electronic contact form on our website, the period of processing of your personal data is 5 years.

What are your other rights in relation to personal data?

First of all, you have the right to receive clear, transparent and understandable information about how we use your personal data and what rights you have.
