Inspection and solution
The company we represent had the opportunity to implement a project at the Madunice Hydroelectric Power Plant, which included the modernization of the electrical installation in connection with new technology and the creation of software for controlling the flap on the water gate. After the inspection, we identified the need for new wiring in order to integrate modern technological solutions and optimize the flap control.
Project documentation
The project documentation contained detailed plans for the addition of electrical installations following the new technology. We worked on the development of detailed proposals for the implementation of software that would ensure accurate control of the flap and monitoring of its condition. We followed the latest standards in the field of automation and process control.
Delivery and installation of equipment
After the approval of the project, we ensured the supply of modern electrical installations and the necessary components. We carried out the installation with an emphasis on the precise connection of new equipment and preparation for integration into the control system.
Implementation of software in the control system
Experienced software engineers have developed and implemented specific software for controlling the flap. This software enables accurate flap position adjustment, condition monitoring and effective response to changing conditions. The software was integrated into the existing control system, thus ensuring uniform and reliable control of the entire chamber.
Testing and comprehensive exams
After the assembly was completed, we conducted comprehensive tests, which included testing the new electrical installations and verifying the correct functioning of the software. The results confirmed the necessary changes in the timing of switching on and off individual components of the system compared to the original assumptions. After these changes, a significant improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of the control of the flap on the gate was achieved.
