We would like to provide you with information about our project, which concerns the replacement of the control system at the small hydroelectric power plant (MVE) and the repair of the servo drive and sanitary flow fittings of the Nová Bystrica water dam.

Inspection and solution

We performed a detailed analysis of the current state of the control system, then proposed a solution that was optimized for the needs of a small hydropower plant. We also incorporated the requirements of the operator, based on the experience and knowledge of the installation site. The final draft of the solution was approved.

Project documentation

This documentation contains a detailed description of the project, including technical details and planned implementation. The documentation was prepared in accordance with all valid standards and regulations and also in accordance with the approved solution proposal. Within this phase, we devoted ourselves to a detailed description of the proposed solution, including technical details and planned implementation.

Delivery of equipment

Our company provided all the necessary equipment that was needed for the implementation of the project. As part of this phase, we delivered a new switchboard for the control of MVE II., new power distributions, a new fitting together with a new switchboard for sanitary flow control.

Assembly work

We performed assembly work in accordance with the project documentation and all applicable standards and regulations. As part of this phase, we devoted ourselves to the installation of a new control system, the installation of a new switchboard for controlling the new servo drive and the installation of a new valve for the sanitary flow of the water dam Nová Bystrica. The conversion of the existing electricity meter for the production of MVE II was also implemented. + ensuring sealing by a technician.

Software work

Our programmers performed all the software work that was necessary for the implementation of the project. We devoted ourselves to the development and implementation of the software that was necessary for the control of the MVE II., the transfer of the operating data of the MVE I., MVE II. to the operator's workplace in the control room, the programming of the new control dispatching at the operator's workplace, the connection of the control unit and the servo drive (sanitary flow) for automatic start at standstill or malfunctions, remote control of both small hydroelectric power plants, local control and display of operating states on the switchboard via a touch display (touch panel).

Testing

In testing, we have done all the necessary test work to make sure that the project has been completed successfully and that all the devices are working properly. We tested the new control system, as well as the automatic start of the servo drive and the sanitary flow fitting, the transfer of all necessary data to the operator's workplace, together with the verification of data from individual electricity meters. We tested commands, graphs, graphic displays from the operator's workplace in the control room as well as from the touch screen located on the switchboard.
