Inspection and solution

Our company is committed to providing complex solutions in the field of energy infrastructures, so we actively participated in the project at VN Málinec. Based on a detailed inspection of the distribution shaft at the water supply, we identified the necessary modifications, including the replacement of pipe sections and sealing materials. At the same time, we proposed the modernization of the gas station with the implementation of a new switchboard with simple but efficient control.

Project documentation

We designed and developed project documentation, which mainly contained wiring diagrams. We focused on the optimal integration strategy for the new switchboard and its connection to the water distribution system.

Delivery and Installation of Equipment

After the project was approved, we ensured the delivery of equipment, including a new switchboard with the ability to monitor the status of the delivered technology in real time and inform the operation in the control room about it. We installed the equipment with an emphasis on the correct connection of all electrical components as well as water pipes.

Testing and comprehensive exams

After the assembly was completed, we performed leak tests, pressure tests, as well as functional testing of the new switchboard, simulations of working conditions and fault conditions. The results confirmed the small imperfections of the system, but also the significant improvement of the control and monitoring functions of the new electrical components.
